Traverse implementation and installation

Before we sell you anything we will work with you to find out what your goals are. It could be simply looking to house all your accounting needs under one umbrella or it could be to knock down the walls between your back office ERP and provide access to your customers.  We will help you define the needs and develop a realistic solution and implementation plan.

While we don't provide hardware, we will work closely with your supplier to get you the hardware and operating software you need.  Once your hardware is identified and installed, Sysacc Software will install the software to your servers and workstations.  Where there are issues about hardware and operating systems, Sysacc Software will work with you and your suppliers to remedy the situation.

       Support and Training

Support and Training is more than just answering questions about how something is done - many times, it is not the "how", but the "why".

Implementing a new system can involve new procedures or combining old procedures into a new software environment. Sysacc Software will work with management in order that your business is understood in order that not only the "how", but the "why" questions can be answered.

Training can be handled in many ways including ad-hoc question and answer as the need arises, formal on-site training, or remote web based training.

Modifications

Traverse accounting software uses Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL Server and comes with source code included.  Sometimes the best solution to a particular problem is to modify the software to provide more information, enhanced functionality, or alternative presentation of data.

Sysacc Software has been working with and modifying Traverse since 1995.  If you require modification to your accounting software, perhaps to add functionality or to integrate Traverse to third party products, Sysacc Software Inc. will review your requirements with you, provide feedback on risk assessment and alternatives identification, and ultimately, modify your software where required.
